You may arrive 30 min prior to your party.  You may drop off party decorations ahead of time if needed. Please make sure they are labeled with your name, date and party timeframe.

You may stay and play longer out in our main floor area upon exit of party room, we recommend putting gifts in your vehicle and not left on main floor as we are not responsible for lost/stolen items.  

You bring your own cake/cupcakes, and ice cream.  Chips/dips are allowed, no popcorn/peanut related items. Rolls such as sausage/spinach type item is allowed.  No other catered outside food/pizza allowed. Beverages are included in your package.  If a child has a food allergy an item may be brought in specifically for that child. 

Our party rooms seat 24.  If you have around 24 children invited to your party, adults may sit in our main floor area/bar area.  Please call management if you have questions regarding having a larger party.  Our party packages are based on how many children invited not adults.  

Yes, the birthday child is included in the 10 children, our packages do not include adults.  

We require a 50% deposit in order to book a party.  We are unable to reserve a party without this deposit.  The remaining balance is due the day of the party upon final headcount with party host.  

If you are cancelling your party your deposit or party balance will be transferred to another date/time or Family Fun Factory Gift Card to use at our facility.  If weather or acts of god require our facility to close, your party will be rescheduled.
